Sheron Akwen Teboh is a dedicated volunteer with J&T German African Cooperation gGmbH (JTGAC) and a participant in our She-Leads Program. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bamenda, Cameroon. Through the She-Leads Program, Sheron has received support to establish and manage her own business, enabling her to generate an independent income while strengthening her entrepreneurial and leadership skills. At JTGAC, Sheron is being mentored and equipped to take on increasing responsibilities within the Finance Management Team. She supports financial administration and contributes to strengthening the organization's accountability and operational effectiveness. Working closely with our local partners, Sheron assists in the monitoring, evaluation, and coordina- tion of JTGAC projects in Cameroon. In addition, she contributes to report writing, fundraising activi- ties, event planning, and the implementation of community development initiatives. Through her dedication, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning, Sheron is devel- oping into a capable leader who combines business expertise with a passion for social impact and community empowerment.As a participant in the She-Leads Program, she continues to strengthen her skills in financial man- agement, project coordination, entrepreneurship, and leadership, preparing her to make a meaning- ful contribution to sustainable development in her community and beyond.

"Improving community health and empowering girls."

Leonarda Shey is a dedicated volunteer with J&T German African Cooperation gGmbH (JTGAC) and a participant in our She-Leads Program. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery from the University of Bamenda, Cameroon. As the Coordinator of the Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Campaign (MHAC), Leonarda plays a key role in promoting menstrual health education and empowering girls and young women through awareness-raising and capacity-building initiatives. Working closely with our local partner organizations, she also supports the monitoring, implementa- tion, and evaluation of JTGAC projects in Cameroon. Through her commitment, leadership, and passion for community development, Leonarda contributes to improving the well-being and opportu- nities of vulnerable populations. Through the She-Leads Program, she continues to strengthen her skills in leadership, project man- agement, communication, and community engagement, preparing her to become a future leader and changemaker in her community. "Project management and an advocate for gender equality."

Wiltonnette Anam is a dedicated volunteer with J&T German African Cooperation gGmbH (JTGAC) and a participant in our She-Leads Program. Through the program, she received a scholarship to pursue a Master's Degree at the Pan African Institute for Development in Bamenda, Cameroon, with a focus on Gender Equality and Project Management. As part of her professional development journey, Wiltonnette gains practical experience by working closely with JTGAC and its local partners in the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evalua- tion of community development projects. Her key areas of engagement include the Menstrual Hy- giene Awareness Campaign (MHAC), the Njimbi Agro-Pastoral Widows Farmers Project, and the Sunshine Kids Program. Through these initiatives, she is developing valuable skills in project management, stakeholder en- gagement, community outreach, and programme coordination while contributing to meaningful and sustainable change in vulnerable communities. In addition, Wiltonnette receives training in report writing, digital literacy, administrative support, cor- respondence management, and social media administration. She also assists in strengthening JTGAC's communication and outreach efforts through its digital platforms. Passionate about gender equality, leadership, and community development, Wiltonnette is building the knowledge, experience, and confidence needed to become an effective project management professional and a champion for social change.Through the She-Leads Program, she continues to strengthen her leadership capacity and practical skills, preparing her to make a lasting impact in her community and beyond.

Emilie Ayuk Tataw is a dedicated volunteer with J&T German African Cooperation gGmbH (JTGAC) and a participant in our She-Leads Program. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Buea, Cameroon. Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Emilie is currently pursuing an online Master's Programme in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid through the Kalu Institute, Spain. Through the She-Leads Program, she is further developing her leadership, communication, and project management skills to contribute effectively to community development and humanitar- ian initiatives. As JTGAC's Social Media Administrator, Emilie is responsible for managing and strengthening the organization's online presence across various digital platforms. She supports the development of communication standards, content creation, stakeholder engagement, correspondence, and the promotion of JTGAC's projects and impact. In addition, Emilie assists in project planning, coordination, and implementation, working closely with the management team and local partners to advance the organization's mission and objectives. Her dual expertise in communication and development enables her to bridge strategy and storytell- ing, ensuring that JTGAC's work not only creates meaningful impact but is also effectively communi- cated to supporters, partners, and communities. Through her dedication, creativity, and passion for social change, Emilie contributes to building stronger communities and advancing JTGAC's vision of shaping a more inclusive and sustainable future.
