We focus on empowering youth through entrepreneurship programs, equipping them with the skills and resources needed to launch their ventures and contribute to economic growth.
The She Leads project, funded by GAC, aims to empower youth, particularly young women, in Cameroon, Nigeria and Uganda. This initiative focuses on equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge to enhance their employability and leadership potential. By providing training in various sectors, including entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and vocational skills, the project fosters confidence and self-sufficiency among young females. Additionally, it promotes gender equality and encourages community involvement, creating a supportive environment for youth to thrive. Ultimately, She Leads strives to inspire the next generation of female leaders, driving social and economic change in their communities.
