Jenny Buhr (CEO J&T GAC gGmbH) is a member of the Diaspora Advisory board. The MEG Diaspora Advisory Board brings together 16 highly qualified diaspora members from 14 different countries, united by a shared mission to strengthen the role of the diaspora in global development. The Diaspora Advisory Board (DAB) first met in April 2024 and arranges to meet 4 times a year. The Board made of Diaspora Experts is established to provide strategic guidance, support, and expertise to the Global programme "Shaping development-oriented migration" (MEG/GIZ) leveraging the potential of the diaspora community for the development of partner countries. The board acts as a bridge between the diaspora, the programme, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge and exploring synergies.
