Co-Founder
Jenny Buhr is the CEO of German African Cooperation gGmbH, bringing nearly a decade of experience in development projects and humanitarian activities. With a strong background in project management, she has successfully led numerous initiatives aimed at empowering communities. As a dedicated treasurer for over a decade, Jenny has honed her skills in grant writing and fundraising, enabling the organization to secure vital resources for impactful projects. Her leadership and strategic vision drive GAC's mission, ensuring that sustainable development remains at the forefront of all activities. Tomas Buhr serves as Co-CEO of German African Cooperation gGmbH, where he works closely with the team to enhance organizational effectiveness. With nearly a decade of experience as a patron in various humanitarian NGOs, and a philanthropist, Tomas has been instrumental in funding impactful projects, including the Kai Blessed Farmers Project, which he has funded for four years. He provides own share to small organizations to complete fundings from the state. His commitment to driving positive change in communities reflects his dedication to sustainable development. Tomas is passionate about empowering individuals and fostering collaboration, ensuring that every initiative contributes to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
Assistant Co-Founder
Jamie-Lee is an assistance Executive Director at J&T German African Cooperation gGmbH, where she oversees day-to-day operations and ensures that all projects align with the organization's mission and values. With a background in design and a passion for nurturing young talent, Jamie-Lee brings creativity and innovation to our initiatives. Her kind heart and dedication to community empowerment drive her efforts in creating impactful programs. As assistant Executive Director, she focuses on strategic planning and team leadership, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and sustainability in all our projects.
